He is a 1 year old Husky mix that has been off leash trained to fully enjoy the great outdoors. But, if you can’t go for a run in the mountains every day don’t worry, Raider will snuggle on the couch with you as long as you want. Raider is shy of new people and protective of his home so his new humans will get to do lessons with the trainer that he has been living with to learn how to help him through his fear. Also because of his fear he is not a fan of kids. He craves attention and affection and loves to be told he’s a good boy. Raider loves most other dogs and loves going out on hikes with them and an occasional wrestle, but he will not share his food with other dogs so he will need to be fed separately. He also does well with cats. True to his Husky nature, Raider will need a home with a securely fenced yard but he has been trained to recall off leash like a champ. Raider is a good boy who is ready to find his perfect adventure buddy! ”

All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. His adoption fee is $150 + $50 refundable training deposit. If you are interested in adopting a CAWS pet, please fill out an online application.
