Arrrgghh, CAWS Pirate dogs need your help!

$0 of $1,600 raised
Lucky and Max are gearing up for the Halloween season, CAWS needs your help to see to it that they put their best Pirate eye forward! Arrgghhh!  (All joking aside, we need your help!)
Darling little Lucky (who was not so lucky) came to CAWS like many others, in need of medical treatment (what seemed like an eye injury) and a new loving home. Unfortunately his eye ruptured over the weekend due to a large and very painful ulcer, before he could see our vet on Monday.  Poor little guy needed immediate emergency surgery to have his eye removed leaving CAWS with a $1000 medical bill this past weekend.
Sweet Max also had a terrible weekend after being attacked by another dog in his former home.  His previous owners didn’t want to pay to get him the medical care he needed and opted to have him euthanized instead.  Thankfully CAWS is able to step in and commit to helping him get the surgery needed to recover and then find him a loving and committed forever family.  Max is scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday to remove the damaged eye.  We expect our bill to be around $600.
We work hard to make our funds stretch so we can rescue as many dogs and cats as possible.  We know that without our help, dogs like Lucky and Max won’t survive.  We also know that without your generous donation we can’t help them. Please consider a tax-deductible donation today to help us cover the cost of these life-saving medical procedures that will help Lucky and Max find their pain-free, happily ever after!
We appreciate your support!
