Chad is one handsome little tomcat with a hilarious personality and a whole lot of charm! A self-proclaimed recovering spicy kitten, Chad has made incredible strides in building his confidence and learning to trust people. He's traded much of his former spicy attitude for snuggles, playtime, and, most importantly, FOOD! Chad is the ultimate foodie of the group, and treats are absolutely the way to his heart! Beef hearts are his all-time favorite, with Churu coming in at a close second. If you're looking to win Chad over, a tasty snack is an excellent place to start! Chad is a playful, affectionate little guy who loves to snuggle once he feels comfortable. He can still be shy around unfamiliar people, and when he's nervous, he has a hilariously dramatic way of moving around that only adds to his personality. He's a funny, spunky boy who keeps his foster family entertained! Moving into a new home will likely be intimidating for Chad at first. He'll need a patient, understanding family willing to give him the time and space to settle in, build trust, and show off the wonderful personality hiding behind that handsome face. Chad must have a playful feline companion to help him feel secure and continue building his confidence. A friendly, confident, and very playful resident cat would be a wonderful match, or he could be adopted alongside another compatible, energetic kitty. Chad needs a partner in crime who can keep up with his playful antics! Chad is selective about dogs but can do well with calm, respectful dogs after a proper introduction. Because of his shy nature, a home with children over 12 is recommended.
