Despite a challenging past, Amaya's resilient spirit shines through in everything she does. She transforms ordinary moments into celebrations and has an uncanny ability to bring smiles to everyone she meets. Whether she's squeaking her beloved toys, engaging in an epic game of tug, or simply greeting you at the door, Amaya radiates pure joy. Amaya comes with solid foundations: she's housebroken, crate-trained, and has completed basic obedience training. She’s great on a leash and loves walks! This smart, food-motivated girl is always eager to learn and please her humans. Currently, she's working with trainers to perfect her social skills, including polite greetings, impulse control, and mastering her "place" command. While she can be a bit overzealous during first introductions—she thrives with slow, proper introductions and does well with playful companions who match her energy. She has had lots of fun at the dog parks and would do great in a home with another playful pup. Amaya isn't destined for a sedentary lifestyle. She dreams of adventures—hiking trails, jogging alongside her humans, or exploring new places on bike rides. After burning off that energy, she's perfectly content to settle in for quality cuddle time to recharge for tomorrow's adventures.
