Mittens is a very special kitty. She's a shy but sweet cat. She’s nervous to meet new people and doesn’t like loud environments. It will take time for her to get to know and warm up to you, but if you are willing to be patient and give her the time she needs, she will start to show her silly, sweet personality. She’s the softest cat you’ll ever pet! She loves playing with ribbon wands and becomes the silliest girl as she runs and jumps around to play. She is very food motivated and loves her wet cat food and treats. It may take some time, but she will come to you when she is ready and wants attention. Mittens will do best in a quieter home with older children. She currently lives with a dog and could possibly live with a calm dog with a slow introduction. She must be adopted with her sister, Socks. They are a bonded pair, and Mittens relies on Socks for comfort and confidence.
