Hi! My name is Felix and I am an extremely handsome tuxedo kitty who is always dressed in my best. I was returned to CAWS with my sister Penelope through no fault of our own. All this change has me feeling pretty scared and shy but I promise once I get settled and used to a new home and person, I am a very sweet kitty with a lot of love to give.
