PetSmart Adoption Events CAWS volunteers bring cats and dogs to the PetSmart near 2100 South and 300 West in South Salt Lake on the third and fourth weekends of each month for Adoption Days . We also hold adoption events at the Orem PetSmart at 20 West University Parkway. CAWS does not have a shelter facility, so rescued animals waiting for homes live in our great foster homes that make room to love a stray animal. And we sometimes must turn a dog or cat away if we don't have enough foster homes. So when these dogs and cats all come to PetSmart on the weekends, it is a good opportunity to visit and get to know a great group of rescued animals that are ready and hoping for their own homes! |
